"Meet Me At The Aisle" is specifically designed for couples seeking assistance in alleviating the 'on the day' stress for your wedding day. Kavier Events collaborates with you to craft a dedicated timeline and plan, ensuring a seamless flow on your special day.

Our dedicated team is committed to upholding venue standards and ensuring flawless execution for your most memorable moments!  We offer consultations either via Zoom or in person, where we:

• Conduct a site visit prior to the event day.

• Provide a detailed timeline to suppliers, venue, and clients.

• Confirm and follow up with all suppliers and service providers 1-2 weeks before the event date.

• Hold a final planning meeting with all suppliers at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

• Offer day-of coordination and supervision until the event's completion, supported by a knowledgeable team.

• Ensure the correct layout of furniture and floorplan both before and on the day of the event.

• Monitor suppliers' adherence to health and safety guidelines.

• Act as the primary venue contact on the event day.

• Organize stewards and security if required (additional charges apply if not provided by the venue).

• Manage the breakdown of suppliers and handle logistics on the day of the event.

Please note that any additional staffing required, in case the venue does not provide, will incur additional charges."
